Privacy
This page accurately describes what the site does, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
What we collect
When you book a viewing: your name, mobile number, the day you chose, and any message you write. When you list a car: your name, mobile number, governorate, the car’s details and its photographs. In both cases we store a hashed copy of your IP address — not the address itself — to stop repeated submissions.
Why
Your mobile number lets us reply to your request. We do not include your name, mobile number, messages, photographs or private seller access code in advertising events, and we do not sell your contact details.
Who sees it
Contact details are seen by showroom staff only. A seller’s details are stored separately from the listing itself, and no public page on this site can reach them — not hidden, but refused at the database level.
How long we keep it
Viewing requests and market submissions are kept as a record of the transaction. Hashed IP addresses are deleted after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Call the showroom.
Optional advertising measurement
Where Meta Pixel is enabled, we load it only if you choose Allow in Cookie settings. It measures public page and vehicle visits, filters, gallery/report views, contact-link clicks, form starts, accepted seller details, completed car submissions and saved viewing requests. Contact clicks do not confirm a sent message or connected call. Meta receives public page URLs, public vehicle references, inventory/filter context, non-personal campaign labels, browser/device information, your IP address and advertising cookies for measurement and ad optimization. Names, phone numbers, form messages and private receipts/access codes are not sent as event parameters. Consented campaign labels are retained in this tab for up to 24 hours or until consent is withdrawn. Private seller-status pages and the staff panel are excluded. Choosing Decline does not affect submitting a car or booking a viewing. You can change your choice using Cookie settings; withdrawing consent stops further events and removes this site’s Meta cookies and saved campaign context. It does not delete events already received by Meta.
